I have a soft spot for Oahu’s North Shore. I myself was married in Malaekahana back in 2017, and there’s something so splendid about a relaxed, beachy backyard wedding that will always have my heart.

So when Stacy asked me to photograph her super intimate backyard wedding in Laie, I couldn’t say YES fast enough. With only a handful of friends and family in attendance, plenty of poke to go around, and a peak North Shore on-and-off rainy day, Stacy and Jay promised each other forever.
